Primrose Hill stab victim ‘can never be replaced’

A 21-year-old aspiring filmmaker was fatally stabbed in Primrose Hill during a confrontation near the park’s scenic overlook, according to reports. The incident occurred shortly after 6:30 PM BST on Tuesday, leaving the victim, Finbar Sullivan, dead at the scene. His father, Christopher Sullivan, spoke to the Daily Mail, expressing profound grief over the loss.

Finbar, who had recently received a camera for his birthday, was using it when the attack took place. His father revealed that the young man aspired to follow in his grandfather Michael Seresin’s footsteps, a renowned cinematographer known for his work on *Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban* and *Rambo III*. Christopher described his son as “a beautiful, lovely, outgoing, loving boy,” emphasizing the depth of his loss.

“This is the worst tragedy I could ever imagine,” said Christopher, who is 65. “Finbar was my only son.”

Finbar was studying at the London Screen Academy and had gained recognition for producing music videos under the pseudonym Sully Shot It, focusing on drill rap artists. His father clarified that his son was “not a gang member,” but rather a “groovy 21-year-old who loved movies and making films.”

A close friend, Ellen Kinnally—a PR professional from New York—told *The Times* that Finbar had been unwell prior to the attack. She noted that his recent illness impacted his vision, though he was “getting better.” “He was a visual person,” Kinnally added.

During the altercation, a second individual in his early 20s sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized. The Metropolitan Police has urged anyone with details, images, or videos from the scene to contact them. As of now, no arrests have been made.
