West Yorkshire Police confirmed that Kayla Smith, 18, and Archie Rycroft, 19, both based in Leeds, have been charged with murder. Smith operates a beauty business called Luxe Aesthetics from her grandfather’s home in east Leeds, as reported by the Daily Mail.
Two more individuals, an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl, were initially detained but released on bail after initial investigations. The family’s grief has been expressed through heartfelt tributes, highlighting Chloe’s vibrant personality and the impact of her loss.
